We offer delivery within Singapore and International delivery to the following countries:

PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Orders are typically processed for delivery within 1-2 working days excluding public holidays. However, during peak periods (such as festive seasons or promotional periods), it may take longer for items to be dispatched. You will receive an email upon the dispatch of your order.

Shipping within Singapore by standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, while DHL Express delivers on the next working day for orders submitted before noon (please get in touch with us if you require next-day delivery).

International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express. This method takes between 3-10 business days depending on the country and location. Shipping cost is based on a standard flat rate.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled if the item(s) have not been processed for delivery. Please allow 2-3 working days for cancellation to be processed. Upon successful cancellation, we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited to your account.

We have complete confidence in the quality of our products and we trust that our customers will delight in their purchase. However, sometimes things may not go as well as planned. That's why we offer an amazing 7-day money-back guarantee.

To process a return, simply email us at contact@sheensbotanicals.com or WhatsApp 84820802 and we will help you process the request. Kindly note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer will bear the return cost. Returns cannot be made outside of the 7-day guarantee period.

Any Reward Points associated with the returned items will be deducted from your total points and will no longer be available for redemption.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN
We are NOT able to accept international returns due to logistical complexities and varying international shipping regulations. Managing returns across borders involves complex shipping, customs, and tax processes, which can result in delays and added costs for our customers.

DAMAGED ITEM
If the item you ordered arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible within 3 days from the time you received the item via the contact us page or email us at contact@sheensbotanicals.com. We will require you to take a photo or video of the damaged item to assist in our investigation. We will reimburse you the amount paid for the affected item and the delivery cost. Please keep the delivery tracking number for reference.
LOST PARCEL
We use trackable carriers for delivery. Once your order has been sent out for delivery, we have no control over the items. If you did not receive your parcel and the tracking record shows that it is delivered, please contact the carrier company immediately.
DELIVERY SERVICE
To provide prompt and smooth delivery of your order, we may switch between the use of different local carriers. Standard delivery rate applies when you check out your order regardless of the choice of service provider we use.
