Start by cleansing your body with the gentle Wind Protection Body Wash in a warm shower and towel dry. Apply the Total Wellness Body Oil to the whole body, working it gently into the skin. If you would like, pay particular attention to the thighs, hips, back and arms. To the abdomen, apply the Toning and Restorative Abdomen Cream, moving in circular motions from the lower to the upper abdomen. Use the Moisture Rejuvenating Hand Lotion to rehydrate after every hand wash or more frequently if the skin feels very dry. Wear the maternity socks whenever you have cold feet and for the most comfortable sleep.
